The Child and Family Guidance Center (CFGC) invites the community and the media to attend a Halloween Festival and Health Fair. CFGC is a non-profit organization that serves children and families in the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys by offering an array of innovative mental health programs and services. CFGC helps families who have experienced abuse, neglect or trauma; supports children so that they choose healthy alternatives to gangs and drugs and offers the community a place to turn to for help dealing with depression, anxiety, behavior issues and other mental health concerns. Guests at the festival will have the opportunity to find out more about the programs and services offered at CFGC and meet some of the agency’s caring professional staff. CFGC’s Halloween Fest is FREE for everyone -- families with young children from birth to twelve years of age are encouraged to dress up – to enjoy carnival games, a petting zoo, Trick-or-Treat Halloween decorated rooms, pumpkin decorating, arts and crafts, live music, food trucks, giveaways and health booths.
